When we share your information with recipients outside of Australia or New Zealand, we take reasonable precautions to ensure they don't misuse your data according to the APP or IPP. Use of Artificial Intelligence

We also use automated systems, such as filtering tools, or sometimes more complex tools that involve artificial intelligence (AI) elements, like algorithms or machine learning (including those from third parties). These tools help us analyze data about you and other candidates, along with our clients' needs, quickly, efficiently, and more accurately. This ultimately allows us to make data-driven decisions. For instance, we might use AI-powered tools (like filtering or machine learning) on candidate information to create the best possible shortlist for a specific role. This technology should significantly reduce the time it takes to identify suitable candidates for relevant jobs. In turn, this should make the recruitment process much more efficient and effective, which we hope will improve your overall experience with HireOffshore.com.
