  • For each successful full-time candidate placement, we apply a one-time fee equivalent to 30% of the candidate's anticipated annual salary. For instance, if the recruit has an annual salary of AUD 14,000 (USD 9,100), the fee from HireOffshore.com amounts to AUD 4,200 (USD 2,730).

    Unlike many other offshore recruitment firms, this is a one-off fee, encompassing all expenses, ensuring transparency and simplicity in the recruitment process.

    At HireOffshore.com, we aim to simplify global recruitment with transparent solutions.

  • For full-time recruitment, an AUD 500 (USD 300) deposit, which is fully refundable, is required to initiate the recruitment process. This deposit will be credited towards the final project cost upon successful hiring and completion. Should you not be hired or fail to complete the project, the deposit will be fully refunded to you.

  • HireOffshore.com offers a 90-day guarantee for permanent placements.

    If the candidate leaves or doesn't meet expectations within this timeframe, we can request a replacement candidate or full refund.

    For the white-label offering, if you are unhappy with the person assigned to your account, let us know and we can offer someone new. You can cancel our service at any time with 4 weeks notice.
