Dedicated Flash (Action Script) Developer working on your project will have:

• At least four years experience as a Flash developer;
• Demonstrable mastery of Actionscript 2.0;
• Demonstrable master of working with video in Flash;
• Proven motion design skills: look/feel, rhythm/timing
• Web technology knowledge and expertise (DHTML, XML);
• Ability to develop clean, well-documented, object-oriented Flash applications;
• Awareness of differences between flash versions;
• Worked on teams using Agile software development methodologies;
• Have done parallel flash development and possess expertise with source control;
• Good communication and inter-personal skills;
• Proven experience working in collaborative teams.

Monthly Pricing:

1. Flash Action Script Developer - $2100/month.

2. Flash Animator/Designer - $1800/month. 40 guaranteed hours per week. Available during convenient US working hours (7:00 am – 4:00 pm EST / 4:00 am – 1:00 pm PST);
There is no setup or canceling fee.
