• What development methodology do you use?
  • That depends on the type of the project we work at. For some of the projects we use WaterFall development methodology and when the project is not planned in the beginning in the details and it’s impossible to do so due to a great number of ongoing updates/iterations we use Agile methodology. Some projects require the right mix of both – we know how to effectively use that too.

Staff

• How do you ensure employee credibility?
  • Employees are recruited through tested methods of evaluation of skill set and experience. While being employed by our company, all the employees sign confidentiality agreements with Apalon. We restrict the access to client information to limited number of people and employ high level security systems to their workstations.
• What about English communication skills?
  • Our Project Managers/SEO manager/Leads speak fluent English (written and oral), our general professionals communicate well though IM/email and other online communication tools.
• How do I hire professionals to work on my project?
  • You can hire individual employees or a dedicated team of programmers, software developers and designers who will work exclusively on your projects. In case your dedicated development team is larger then 2-3 people we recommend adding a Project Manager, at least shared.
• Do we have a choice in the contractors we work with?
  • Yes, you will be provided with the CVs of different candidates upon request.
• What happens if I am unhappy with someone?
  • HireOffshore is solely responsible for the team which is working for you. If you are not satisfied with someone, we will either modify the process or provide you with a replacement.
• How much time would you need to get started? If we needed additional resources?
  • Normally 2-8 business days, depending on the size of the team and the type of resources needed.

Contract Agreements

• Would my company be the owner of the copyright and intellectual property?
  • Your company will own the copyright and intellectual property rights.
• How much time do you require to halt or pause the project?
  • 30 days legal notice by email or fax
• Can you sign the NDA?
  • Yes sure. We value your business and understand the value of confidential information.
• What minimum lengths of time do we commit too?
  • The minimum length of hire is 1 month.

Pricing

• How do I pay you?
  • Our proffered payment method is wire transfer. Alternatively we can accept PayPal if wire transfer is not an option for you.
• Are there any additional costs?
  • The only other costs you would bear will be bank charges you incur while making payments once per month We don’t charge for the standard tools used on the computers of our employees However, if there is any tool you would have us use for a specific project, we may require billing you for the same. In such cases, we will discuss with you before we implement such decisions.
• When should be monthly payment submitted?
  • The payment should be submitted on every 15th day since the start of the dedicated team’s work.
• Do you offer any discounts?
  • We can discuss the discounts in case you hire the team consisting of more then 10 professionals.

• How do I contact your company?

• Can I contact the appropriate parties working on the project?
  • Yes. We would recommend that you interact primarily with the Project Manager (in case you have him in the team) in order to minimize miscommunications within your team. Our people are normally available during convenient US working hours (7:00 am – 4:00 pm EST / 4:00 am – 1:00 pm PST);
• What are your working hours?
  • We specifically moved the working shift so we are really easy to contact in real-time or online. Our regular business hours are (7:00 am – 4:00 pm EST / 4:00 am – 1:00 pm PST) until specifically discussed in the private order.

Security Issues

• Do you guarantee client confidentiality?
  • We do understand how important is the security and confidentiality of the information that you share with us. To ensure confidentiality of information, we encourage our customers to sign in a Confidential Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the very initial stage of project transfer. We also do not publish any information about our client projects unless we get prior permission. Each employee hired by Apalon company signs the NDA with our company which guarantee that your information is in really safe hands.
• Is your network and environment protected?
  • Keeping in mind the security concerns, we have engineered our infrastructure in a way to eliminate all possible leak of information. We employ System/Network Administrators that monitor the network on a full-time basis.

Project Work

• What is the procedure for initiating a project?
  • Once you enquire with us using the contact form or emailed to sales@hireoffshore.com with your requirements, our sales representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
• Will I receive daily reports from my dedicated team?
  • This is normally negotiable and done in a way that Customer requested. We can provide you with the access to the Project Management System that we use, so you can post and monitor tasks in it. You also have guaranteed direct contact with the team during our working business hours (7:00 am – 4:00 pm EST / 4:00 am – 1:00 pm PST). Daily/weekly/monthly reports could be submitted as well per your request.
• Will I be able to access the code/source files during the development cycle?
  • Yes – you will have access to development/staging server and to the version control system (e.g. Subversion). We can also work right right on your servers.
• Do you provide technical support and maintenance after my project is up and running?
  • Yes! We can do this on hourly basis ($14-18/h) in case you don’t require full-time professional working on the project any more.
